Hailing from the picturesque region west of Baltimore, Dr. Hochberg's academic pursuits began at the University of Maryland, where he embarked on his undergraduate studies, laying the groundwork for his future in medicine.

After completing his undergraduate education, Dr. Hochberg's dedication to medicine led him to the University of Rochester, where he pursued his General Surgery Residency, graduating in 2007. It was during this time that he cultivated his surgical skills and developed a passion for vascular surgery.

Driven by a desire to specialize further in his chosen field, Dr. Hochberg undertook a fellowship in Vascular Surgery through the University of Maryland, further refining his expertise and knowledge in the intricacies of vascular conditions and treatments. He completed his fellowship in 2009, emerging as a highly skilled and proficient vascular surgeon.
