Edward C. Morrison, M.D.
Edward C. Morrison, M.D. was born and raised in Charleston, SC. Dr. Morrison graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washington-Lee University in Lexington, VA. He completed Medical School and General Surgery Residency at the University of South Carolina in Charleston. Following his General Surgery Residency, he attended a Vascular Surgery Fellowship at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
He is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery in Vascular Surgery. Dr. Morrison is a Fellow in the American College of Surgery and is a member of the following organizations:

Thomas C. Appleby, M.D.
Thomas C. Appleby, M.D. was born in South Carolina and is a “Native Charlestonian.” The son of a General Surgeon, he followed his father’s career path as a physician. Dr. Appleby graduated from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. He went to Medical School at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He then attended a General Surgery Residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Ohio and received the Max Zinninger Award for Excellence in Surgery. While at the University of Cincinnati, he served as a Resident Representative in the Department of Surgery. Following his General Surgery Residency, he attended a Vascular Surgery Fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
He is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery. Additionally, he is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery in Vascular Surgery and he is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery in Surgical Critical Care.
Dr. Appleby is a Fellow in the American College of Surgery. He is also a member of the following organizations:

Adam J. Keefer, M.D.
Adam J. Keefer, MD, was born and raised in Rochester, New York. Dr. Keefer attended Pennsylvania State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He went to Medical School at the University of Rochester Medical School in New York. Dr. Keefer completed his General Surgery Residency and Vascular Surgery Fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical School as well.
He is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery in Vascular Surgery and is certified to read diagnostic vascular studies by the National Organization of Diagnostic Ultrasound (ARDMS).

Brandy Price, PA-C
Brandy Englert Price has been a member of the Coastal Vascular & Vein Center team since 2008. After earning a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, Brandy attended the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston where she earned her Masters of Science in Physician Assitant Studies in 2008. Before going to graduate school, she worked as a Mental Health Counselor for S.T.E.P.S. in San Diego, CA. In addition to her tenure at Coastal Vascular & Vein Center, she has experience in Urgent Care and General Surgery having worked at Beaufort Memorial Hospital and Doctors Care in Mount Pleasant, SC. Brandy is a member of the National Commision on Certification of Physician Assitants.Jessica Chepa, FNP-BC
Jessica Chepa joined Coastal Vascular & Vein Center in 2012. She is a graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina where she received her Masters of Science in Nursing with a focus in family practice. She is Board-Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Prior to joining the Practice she was a Registered Nurse on a post-cardio-thoracic and vascular surgery unit. She is a member of the South Carolina Nurses Association and the Lowcountry Advanced Practice Nurses Association.
